- I was impressed with the approach that she took in understanding my aspirations and capabilities and on how she helped me discover my passion towards embarking on the journey as an entrepreneur in Consultancy, Coaching and Stock Trading. During our conversation as I recall we were cruising through a difficult gloomy period of Covid-19 and her thoughts helped me, reinforce my decision towards the exciting journey of an entrepreneur in lieu of being in a comfort zone working for a corporate. Looking back after two years, I feel that was the best decision that I had made in my life and thanks to her and the discussions we have had. – Niranjan N Naik, Principal Consultant | Prominent Minds
- Vidya worked with several of our senior executives, coaching them through a journey of career transition – moving into roles they were not familiar with, some transitions also involving movement into other business sectors. Her approach, as experienced by the individuals, was to first engage with them to understand where they were as people, before delving into their professional journey. There were insecurities, frustrations, self-doubts to be addressed, which was dealt with skillfully. Building on that foundation, Vidya enabled the individuals to use the opportunity to re-examine their true aspirations, get a practical perspective of their capabilities and resources, and put down action steps that would take them towards their objectives. She brought in techniques from NLP and Positive Pyschology to enable the transition. Overall, the individuals she interacted with emerged stronger in terms of confidence to take on the transition, and implement concrete action steps. Deeply impressed with Vidya’s approach and services, and wish her continued success. – Venugopalan CM, Ex. VP. | Bosch Ltd.
