She brings almost 22 years of experience as a corporate professional. In her previous avatar, she was a successful Marketing professional having worked for over a decade in MNCs and Indian corporates. She has worked in Glaxo Smithkline, Mudra Advertising, eBay.in (previously baazee.com) and Hindustan Times.

She started her coaching practise in Singapore, in 2012. She has supported global leaders from a multitude of geographies including Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, UK, Australia, Switzerland and US, across diverse sectors.

She has lived in Singapore and Indonesia, and came back to India in 2016.

Her industry experience spans FMCG, Advertising, Consulting e-commerce, Consumer Healthcare, Retail, IT, Banking, Energy sector, Insurance and Media.
Her mission is to facilitate leadership development by integrating all aspects of a Leader-“Body, Emotions, Behavior, Language & Spirit”.

She is especially focused on working with Senior Executives and High-potentials leaders.

She facilitates coaching clinics to develop inclusive leadership traits.

She also mentors coaches who are looking for furthering their credentials.
